- Paradise Maui Weddings and Service Providers shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of God or nature, failure of transportation or equipment. If rescheduling is needed due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, Client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to flowers, cake, and catering.
- Any additional Limo services monies are due day of affair.
- Cancellation Policy - %50 Non Refundable Deposit required for booking. Balance due 30 days prior to date of booking. Cancellation 7 days prior or date, refund 1/2 of balance due. Cancellation 48 hours prior to date, no refund.
